This two-part professional development series invite settlement sector leaders to explore decolonizing strategic planning through an Indigenous lens. Grounded in relationship, lived experience, and learning, the sessions examine both the why and how of moving away from rigid, linear planning toward approaches that are relational, values-based, and responsive. The first session on February 27 focuses on the philosophy and intent behind decolonizing strategic planning, while the second session on March 16 centres on how decolonized strategic planning unfolds in practice by examining how decisions are made, how direction is shaped, and how strategy is held in a more relational way.
