Earlier this year, AMSSA released an Anti-Racism Action Plan Template to support with the new IRCC guidelines encouraging service provider organizations (SPOs) to develop anti-racism action plans. To supplement this template, AMSSA also held a webinar and we are sharing the recording of a webinar in which Jennifer Reddy walks through key features of the Anti-Racism Action Plan Template and answers questions about how SPOs can use an adapt the template to meet their unique organizational needs.

Please note that AMSSA is not mandating that organizations in the BCY settlement sector use this template when developing their own Anti-Racism Action Plan. Rather, understanding that all IRCC funded service providers are being asked to develop an Anti-racism Action Plan, AMSSA in their role as an umbrella has developed this template to support this process. Organizations are welcome to use as much or as little, even none, of the template based on their own unique needs.
