What is the CFP Process?

The Call for Proposals (CFP) process is IRCC’s established means of arriving at funding decisions for the delivery of settlement services. The National Call For Proposals 2019 for settlement programs will be open February 18 to April 12, 2019, as well as a second round in spring 2019 for those not included in the first CFP (e.g. LIPs). There are also informative webinars running from the end of February into the beginning of March to help with the process.
