E-Learning Courses
The BCSIS E-Learning courses are free, 1.5 hour online courses on topics regarding settlement and integration in BC. This format allows settlement staff to take the online courses at their own pace or, we recommend doing the courses as a group as well. After taking each course, learners receive a Certificate of Completion. With the launch of each e-learning couree, AMSSA will present a webinar with information on the topic.

Update the Immigrant Employment Collaboration Project
In 2016, the Immigrant Employment Collaboration Project, in partnership with Provincial Ministries and Service Provider Organizations, the Province of BC created resources for settlement and employment service providers to enhance support for immigrants in BC. In collaboration with MOSAIC, the Province of BC, and other service providers, AMSSA will update the resources.
Research
AMSSA will lead research on the analysis and research on the use of services for Naturalized Canadian Citizens. As well, in collaboration with the BCSIS Advisory Group, AMSSA will identify needs and gaps related to Naturalized Citizens in settlement and integration, labour market integration, and language training.
