WorkBC offers a wide range of services that help individuals find and maintain work and improve employment readiness. All job seekers can access a wide range of information and supports in the self-service resource area at WorkBC centers. Self-serve supports are available for all clients. This includes those who do not need, or are not eligible for, case-managed services. There are no program eligibility criteria or formal screening requirements to use the resource area. This 6-minute video explains the self-serve supports available in the WorkBC resource area, and how they benefit all clients, including those with temporary immigration status.
