Virtual Panel Discussion Black History Month – Webinar Diversity and Inclusion: Strengthening the Settlement and Integration of Francophone Racialized Communities

This webinar, in collaboration with the Francophone Immigration network (RIFCB), provided the opportunity to learn more about the diversity of the Francophone community, the role of ethnocultural associations in the reception, integration and well-being of Francophone immigrants.and to understand better the challenges that may hinder the successful integration of racialized Francophone communities. Front-line workers shared their experiences in welcoming Francophone immigrants, their collaborative practices with ethnocultural associations, and reflected on tools to strengthen the integration and settlement of their racialized communities.
