This Virtual Information Session provided service providers with an understanding of the common settlement needs of families. It covered ways to identify family needs along with the primary client’s needs, and concrete strategies and resources accessible across the province.
The session aimed to equip service providers with:
- Understanding the unique settlement challenges faced by newcomer families.
- Identifying and addressing the needs of children, spouses, and other family members.
- A framework for integrating family-centered support into service delivery.
