In this Virtual Information Session, participants were presented information on setting healthy, professional boundaries as a way to enhance service delivery and provide an understanding of the risk management considerations for them, their organizations and clients when boundaries are not set. This session identified the challenges to setting these boundaries and offer concrete strategies to create and maintain professional boundaries.
