In this Virtual Information Session, viewers will learn how to plan for a climate emergency, so they can be prepared personally and be in a better position to support their newcomer clients. Presenters will provide front-line settlement staff with information on what they and their clients can do to prepare in the event of a climate emergency, as well as information to help them understand the most common needs of newcomers during these situations and how best to address them.
