This video was created to highlight the value of communications within the settlement and integration sector. Comms is often perceived as something additional to service delivery rather than a clear asset to both individual organizations and the sector more broadly. This video therefore demonstrates the ways in which comms is used to enhance service delivery, expand organizational reach to ensure clients are aware of available services and supports, and form important networks internal and external to the settlement sector.
