March 16, 2021

There are various barriers to an effective intercultural communication, including lack of knowledge about the different communication styles in different cultures, stereotypes, unconscious bias and language barriers. As a migrant worker, employer or service provider, it is important to be a good intercultural communicator to create a smooth relationship and a safe space for migrant workers.
