This course will support individuals and settlement and integration service provider organizations who work with LGBTQI2+ newcomers.

Upon completion of this course, participants will have acquired:

• Knowledge of terminology and definitions related to LGBTQ2I+ identities and experiences. 
• An awareness of discrimination, rights, and challenges of LGBTQ2I+ Newcomers in terms of access to healthcare, housing, and employment services.
• An understanding of promising practices for organizations and staff working with LGBTQ2I+ communities.
