On March 16 and 17, AMSSA collaborated with ICA to deliver their bystander intervention training for staff in the settlement sector. ICA’s Bystander Intervention Training is a two-part module that is for individuals who want to move beyond silence and be active bystanders when they see instances of racism or discrimination. The following document summarizes key discussions from the training to share learnings with the broader sector; however, we encourage anyone interested to connect with ICA to inquire about their full trainings.
