This module provides migrant worker support staff with a foundational understanding of WorkSafeBC policies relating to migrant workers. This includes information about the Workers Compensation Act, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulations and claims. With this foundational knowledge, participants will begin developing a deeper understanding of how migrant workers access the workplace health and safety rights to which they are entitled.
