The Settlement Practitioner Introductory Training E-learning Part 2 is the second of a two-part e-learning workshop series focused on providing practical training on common settlement work tasks that are not agency-specific. This e-learning covers general program eligibility criteria; supporting clients in accessing health and mental health services; appropriate interventions, referrals, and service bridging; and service quality in settlement work.
This e-learning is appropriate for people who attended the Settlement Practitioner Introductory Training Part 1 webinar or have completed the associated Part 1 e-learning, but who have otherwise not received formalized training in the basics of settlement work and/or are new to the field.
