This e-learning module, developed by BC Refugee Hub, provides training in advanced trauma-informed practice. In this module, learn about complex trauma; trauma responses, including fight, flight, freeze, and fawn; and how to recognize trauma responses as you deliver services to clients. You will also learn and reflect on practical strategies for trauma-informed care as a non-clinician. If you are new to trauma-informed care, consider accessing one of our past webinars on the topic, available in the Resources section of the AMSSA website.
This module is the first part of a non-linear training series. Visit https://bcrefugeehub.ca/bc-refugee-hub-invite-to-register-mental-health-e-learning-series/ to find out more and register for the virtual workshop on September 22nd, 2025.
