This AMSSATalk, held on January 15, 2020, provided director, management and frontline staff with thought-provoking insights on the role of Canadian Citizenship in settlement service delivery and outreach for integrated and heterogeneous communities.

The AMSSATalk approached citizenship from both BC and national perspectives to frame discussion and service delivery approaches on integration, inclusion and belonging; Indigenous-settler relations; the Citizenship Act, the continuum of language acquisition and acceptance; labour market narratives; where citizenship begins and ends; and other such topics.
