This course is a companion to AMSSA’s professional development Guide: A Principles-based Approach to Supporting LINC Learners. This course will help LINC teams work through the principles, approaches, strategies and resources suggested in the Guide. The objective of the course is to strengthen LINC teams through collaboration. This may be done individually with virtual team meetings. A checklist of learning tasks, case studies and additional resources as well as a script for deaf and hard of hearing users can be downloaded from within the course. Given the do-as-much-as-you-can chapter flexibility, there is no certificate for this course.
Time: 3-5 hours/principle. Teams may jigsaw the principles or do one at a time.
