AMSSA will not sell, rent, share or otherwise allow others to access the information you provide to us, with the following exceptions. AMSSA will provide to relevant third parties the information necessary to allow us to fulfill your order. This includes but is not limited to:

• providing credit card and personal information to our merchant account providers (PayPal, Moneris, Chase Paymentech or others) in order to authorize your purchase;
• address and shipping package information to Canada Post to determine the cost of shipping;
• address and order information to our fulfillment centre or Canada Post.

The AMSSA also uses Paypal’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information. Our merchant account providers are required to keep all of your personal information for a specific period of time to meet requirements for audit and verification. At no time does AMSSA have access to credit card information you supply to Paypal online
