iCON Chinese Health Forum
Healthy @ Home – Living Well with Chronic Conditions
The forum will bring together patients, families, health professionals, and community organizations to share information, self-management best practices, and community resources. Delivered in Cantonese with simultaneous interpretation in Mandarin and English, the forum will be available live online at www.iconproject.org, making this interactive education accessible to communities, patients and families across the province.
When: Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 10:30am to 4:00pm
- 10:30am – 12:00pm Open House featuring health information booths, demonstrations, community resources and programs
- 12:00pm – 4:00pm Health Forum featuring panel discussions with community health experts
Where: Jewish Community Centre, 950 W 41st Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 2N7
Language: Presented in Cantonese with simultaneous interpretation in Mandarin and English
Cost: Free to the public
