This webinar will go over key principles of change management, “the process that helps organizations navigate change, from the initial planning stages to implementation and resolution”, applying it to the experiences of non-profit, settlement sector organizations.

As the B.C. sector will be transitioning into a new funding cycle, coupled with changing immigration levels plan and public perceptions around immigration, this webinar will support the sector through navigating this transition and changes.
