Basics of Employment Law Online Webinar – Legal Information Workshop Series
Hosted in partnership with The South Asian Legal Clinic of British Columbia and Options Community Services, this workshop will provide an overview of Employment Law in BC, including:
- The Workers Compensation Act
- The Employment Standards Act
- The Human Rights Code
In addition, the workshop will discuss how workers can respond to experiences of racial discrimination in the workplace.
