YES² PROGRAM – Youth Employment Support Services

ABOUT

  • 2  WEEKS OF PAID SKILLS TRAINING
  • 9 WEEKS OF PAID WORK EXPERIENCE

All accepted participants will be paid minimum wage for the 11 weeks of the program for 20-30 hours per week

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

  • Youth ages 15-30
  • Canadian Citizen
  • Permanent Resident
  • Refugee Status

Individuals with one or more of the following:

  • High school non- completion
  • Self-identified as disabled
  • Homeless or living in low-income household
  • Involvement in Criminal Justice System
  • Substance Abuse
  • Self-identified as LGBTQ2+
  • Indigenous
  • Recent Immigrant
  • Single Parent
  • Involuntary not in education, employment, or training for 6 months
