Do you know what Canadian employers expect of staff?
• Understand how conflicting cultural expectations at work can result in misunderstandings and lost opportunities.
• Discuss how culture plays an important role in the way people interact and understand others.
• Based on feedback from employers, learn several reasons why immigrants sometimes struggle to adjust to workplace culture.
