Get ready to work in BC! Join ISSofBC and Work Safe BC to learn about your rights and responsibilities in the workplace.

This is an opportunity for newcomers to learn about:

  • rights and responsibilities in the workplace for both the workers and the employers
  • strategies to identify and talk about workplace hazards
  • rules for reporting unsafe working conditions
