ISSofBC’s Settlement Program in collaboration with St. Mary’s Migrant Ministry presents “Understanding Depression Part 2”
Join ISSofBC in a Free interactive discussion and learn about:
- signs and possible causes of depression – a review
- ways to prevent depression
- how to deal with stress and low mood
- how to manage or work with depression
- resources available
