Substance Abuse Workshop

The Muslim Food Bank presents a Substance Abuse Workshop.

The workshop will cover the following:

  • Basics about addiction
  • List of substances of abuse
  • In depth discussion on models of causation of substance abuse
  • Risk factors
  • Symptoms of substance abuse /signs to look for
  • Support

When: Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: Surrey City Centre Library Room#405

Registration by donation. Recommended donation for MFB Staff, Volunteers, ASPIRE Caseworkers, Students and Seniors = $25.00; Community Leaders = $50.00. Donations more than $50.00 welcome to support our Capacity Building Program. 

No one will be refused registration.
