REACH Community Health & Wellbeing Fair 2022

Come join us to support our community’s health and wellbeing!
REACH Community Health Centre, in partnership with Britannia Community Services Centre, is inviting community organizations like yours to connect and share your resources with our community.
Our FREE event will bring together Cross-cultural Agencies and Resources to support the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health of our community members – Indigenous peoples, Immigrants/ Refugees, youth, seniors, parents, families etc.
How people live each day affects their health and wellbeing.
Our goal is to promote greater Health Equity and Empowerment with community members who are often particularly at risk of often serious health conditions and life challenges.
One’s health often deteriorates when housing is unstable, so we encourage housing support agencies and advocates to also participate.
The day will include interactive workshops, presentations, screenings, giveaways and prize draws. Lunch will be provided for everyone.
