Parenting Matters: Mindfulness and the Family
Parenting Matters at Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House presents Mindfulness and the family.
At this workshop you can learn heart-centred and mindfulness-based practices to:
- Experience deeper presence with your child;
- Learn tools to support anxiety, stress and difficult behaviours in your children; and
- Learn self-care strategies to create moments of calm and relaxation.
Where: Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House, 800 East Broadway
