Migrant Worker Hub is pleased to host a webinar about Mental Health Care: Tips and Resources to Support Migrant Workers.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. When we practice good mental health, it is easier to handle stress and other problems. There are many factors that can affect a migrant worker’s mental health, including isolation, lack of community connections and language barriers. In this webinar we will explore different strategies and resources that can help them take care of their mental health.
