MAP’s WORLD REFUGEE DAY 2021

June 19 at 10am: a half day creative writing workshop for aspiring refugee writers and storytellers provided by the Shoe Project. Limited registration to those newcomers with intermediate to advanced written English please.

June 19 at 7pm: World Premiere of the film ‘After Arrival’ that documents the lives of three refugee claimants as they settle into BC, Canada. After the film there will be a panel discussion with Kristi, Norma and Dennis; and the event will close with an amazing music video by Diamotims: ‘Freedom’.
