Little Food Explorers Workshop
Parenting Matters at Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House presents the “Little Food Explorers Workshop”
This is a workshop for parents, caregivers and early childhood educators. As a participant in this nutrition workshop, you will:
- Learn how to support healthy eating;
- Explore learning activities you can use with children; and
- Take home a small cookbook and teaching resources.
