AMSSA and its member agencies and stakeholders organize public community events, workshops for newcomers to Canada as well as professional development training, workshops, seminars and conferences for (re)settlement, language training diversity and inclusion sector employees. Information Session: Literacy and Essential Skills Training Program
If you have worked or trained as a programmer, database analyst, data administrator or network technician, you may be eligible to take this free 10-week course where you’ll:
- receive training in oral and written communications, and critical thinking skills
- be linked to employers, mentorships and other ISSofBC services
