- Do you have an intermediate level of English?
- Are you a newcomer who has become a Permanent Resident within the last 5 years?
- Do you have 3 years of pre-arrival experience in your field? (one year if 19-30 years of age)

The program can help with:
- Job search strategies
- Funded skills training and upgrading
- Creating connections with local employers
- Gaining insights into regulatory requirements and processes.
