Event Description:
Applying for jobs can feel confusing when postings use long lists of requirements, preferred skills, and unclear language. In this free workshop, participants will learn how to read job postings more carefully, identify must-have and nice-to-have requirements, recognize employer expectations, and use labour market signals to choose stronger job targets.
This session is designed for newcomers and job seekers who want to better understand what employers are really asking for before they apply.
