PICS Settlement Department is hosting a free workshop on How to maintain your Mental Health by Shakeel Khan (Mental Health Counsellor) for (PR Card Holders) on August 28th, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Following are the of the event;

Enhancing Wellness – M4Y
Vancouver and Lower Mainland Multicultural Family Support Services Society (VLMFSS)
(A 5-year research project about immigrant women and youth (19-25 yrs.) survivors of relationship violence. The research will highlight the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and identify coping strategies. The project will culminate in an interactive app for support and education.)
