Currently, she is working as a Recruitment Business Partner for Dillon Consulting, a Canadian and employee-owned engineering company. Giuliana is passionate about mentoring new immigrants, she was at one point a new immigrant herself. She has volunteered with the Immigrant Employment Council of BC as a Career Mentor. She is also a member of their Employer Advisory Group.
