Giuliana is an HR Professional with 15 years of experience in the areas of Recruiting and HR.  She started her career in the staffing solutions industry and has worked for the hospitality, accounting, mining, infrastructure, and engineering consulting industries. Currently, she is working as a Recruitment Business Partner for Dillon Consulting, a Canadian and employee-owned engineering company. Giuliana is passionate about mentoring new immigrants, she was at one point a new immigrant herself. She has volunteered with the Immigrant Employment Council of BC as a Career Mentor. She is also a member of their Employer Advisory Group.

Recognized for leading by example and setting the tone for a positive and collaborative work environment, his commitment to taking a personal role in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders ensures business efforts are maximized  

TransLink – Folu Odunuga, Project Manager 

   

Folu is a PMO Professional and is the Manager of the Infrastructure Project Management Office (iPMO), within the Engineering Division at TransLink.        She manages TransLink’s approved Capital Program with a reporting budget of over $3.5B. In her previous role, she was responsible for TransLink’s 2020        Capital planning delivery. Her mission is to constantly add value in every role she is in. Hence, under her guidance, the PMO has become a major data         resource center for capital projects, and has delivered countless project management best practice standards, tools, templates and methodologies for          the benefit of the organization in a way that encourages collaboration, standardization, and overall improvement in project delivery.
