AMSSA and its member agencies and stakeholders organize public community events, workshops for newcomers to Canada as well as professional development training, workshops, seminars and conferences for (re)settlement, language training diversity and inclusion sector employees. Expressive Art Group – Parent Info Session
Kitsilano Neighbourhood House presents the Expressive Art Group for Children 7 – 10 years old.
The program provides a safe place for children to:
- express themselves through visual arts
- share personal stories
- meet new friends
- learn how to support one another, and
- build self confidence
8 Expressive Art Sessions & 1 Art Exhibit
Tuesdays, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Dates: October 4 – November 29
Cost: $30 + $20 Family Membership
Location: Kits House (W. 7th & Vine)
*Light snacks and refreshments are provided during sessions.
