Disability Month Lunch and Learn with the VOICE Team

September 12 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Join us for an interactive 45 minute Lunch and Learn tailored for case managers and community service providers working with racialized job seekers with disabilities on Thursday September 12th at noon.

The VOICE Employment training is in its 4th iteration – successfully helping BIPOC – D job seekers navigate the job market and enhance their career prospects.

Over lunch, we will be sharing what we have learnt firsthand working with these unique individuals, employers, and communities. The discoveries made around racism, ableism, and psychological safety – ours and theirs.

We’d like to share our best practices in addressing these identities where they intersect, rather than the silos, while looking for meaningful work, inclusive workplaces, and self-efficacy.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear our experiences in an effort to deepen your understanding and enhance the effectiveness of your work with these clients.
