In today’s world children are having to navigate ups and downs in life.  Our role is to walk alongside them, support them and coach them as we co-regulate with them.  You are your child’s best defense for the things that get thrown their way and how you care for yourself plays an important role.  In this workshop we will address how to reflect their emotions and help them regulate.
