City of Richmond Diversity Symposium 2016
The City of Richmond presents the Diversity Symposium – Our Cities Our Communities: Building Community, Facilitating Intercultural Neighbourhoods.

Who is the Symposium for?
The Symposium is aimed at people who work in the field of diversity. Municipal workers, community leaders and those working in community agencies are particularly encouraged to attend. It is not aimed at the general public.
The Symposium Objectives are to:
- Inform staff working in the field of diversity of best and emerging practices in the area of community and neighbourhood building.
- Share information and resources and facilitate discussion between agencies involved in diversity and social inclusion work, particularly as it relates to community building.
- Explore and facilitate shared actions and agendas between agencies and across municipalities in relation to neighbourhood and community building.
