Denise has extensive experience in a variety of non-profit, small business, and corporate settings with over 25 years of senior leadership experience including over 10 years of experience in the role of Executive Director within the employment training and not-for-profit sector. Denise has a Master of Arts in Leadership, is a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, and holds the prestigious designation of Fellow Chartered Human Resources Professional (FCPHR).

Ryan Ramikie, Manager of Talent Acquisition Services, Engaged  

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition Services, Ryan manages the delivery of a diverse range of recruitment services at Engaged and serves as a key mentor to the Talent team. With his sharp eye for talent, he has been offering recruitment solutions across the organizational spectrum from startups to large multinational corporations.
