AMSSA Event: E-Symposium – Navigating Housing for Newcomers
Join us at out E-Symposium: Navigating Housing for Newcomers
Finding a home that is suitable and affordable is currently a major challenge for families and single renters across the province. This challenge is magnified particularly for newcomers whose past experiences and knowledge of seeking and securing shelter may differ greatly from those born and raised in British Columbia.
This E-Symposium will showcase the research, knowledge and recommendations of experts from national and local BC housing organizations.
The panelists will provide settlement staff and LINC instructors with the information and resources to better support their clients in securing suitable housing and navigating common issues.
