Practical issues in family reunification (Part 2 of 2)
This webinar will address family reunification issues outside of the Family Class, including the One Year Window (for resettled refugees) and dependants abroad of refugees (former refugee claimants). We will also look at particular issues for children separated from both their parents, and the expected impacts of the proposed change to the age of dependants.
