New to the ED Role? Join us for three mornings this July
We are pleased to share a leadership learning opportunity for new and incoming executive directors, and anyone in a similar senior leadership role.
Vantage Point is offering Executive Director 101 this July; a three-part program that supports first-time EDs with practical skills and knowledge to succeed in their role.
Delivered by Jan Damery, an experienced ED, this program explores the full scope of the executive director position across eight key competencies:
- Leadership • Governance • Financial Management • Human Resources • Fund Development • Program and Service Management • Community and Public Relations • Administration
Participants will:
- Build broad knowledge of the technical requirements of the non-profit ED role
- Explore best practices in leadership, governance, mission impact, and operations
- Connect with fellow non-profit leaders from across BC
- Develop a personalized 12-month action plan to support their success
