Free Workshop — Learn How to Join a Nonprofit Board

juillet 9 @ 13h30 - 15h00

Nonprofit boards make decisions that shape communities, but the people most affected are often missing from the table.

To change this, Vantage Point is offering a free workshop designed to support Youth, Newcomers to Canada, racialized people – anyone who has been underrepresented on boards.

Participants will come away with a better understanding of the non-profit sector in BC, clarity on board roles and responsibilities, and a sense of how their voice, experience, and leadership are exactly what boards need.
