Mothers Matter Canada is hosting our upcoming webinar, Shaping the Future: Addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Canada’s Path Forward, scheduled for November 27th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
 
 
The webinar explores the critical connection between sustainable development and GBV prevention and the role of gender equality in shaping Canada’s future. Bringing together GBV prevention activists, SDG experts, and policy advocates, it will discuss existing GBV prevention strategies, promising practices, and ongoing challenges in the field.
 
Participants will: 

  • Discover GBV prevention efforts and challenges in Canada.
  • Understand the national SDG priorities and their impact on vulnerable communities.
  • Examine the connections between sustainable development and GBV.
