Nonprofit boards make decisions that shape communities, but the people most affected are often missing from the table.   <\/p>\n

To change this, Vantage Point is offering a free workshop designed to support Youth, Newcomers to Canada, racialized people \u2013 anyone who has been underrepresented on boards.  <\/p>\n

Participants will come away with a better understanding of the non-profit sector in BC, clarity on board roles and responsibilities, and a sense of how their voice, experience, and leadership are exactly what boards need.   <\/p>\n
