Temporary foreign workers, in particular, are more marginalized due to their temporary immigration status. In addition, they may be unfamiliar with WorkSafeBC policies, how it functions and what their rights are.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This workshop will cover what a mental claim might include, the information that they need to provide when making this type of claim and what the process would look like. Elyse started with WorkSafeBC in 2019 and has worked in mental health initial adjudication since that time. Elyse also helps to oversee the adjudication of occupational diseases and activity-related soft tissue disorders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Naomi Harden<\/strong> is a Client Services Manager in the Mental Health Claims Unit.
