On November 6th AMSSA is hosting a workshop on Identifying and Controlling Hazards and Risk in the Workplace and the Right to Refuse Unsafe Work. This topic relates to how employers must identify hazards in their workplace(s) and assess and control the risk. This workshop will also include information about the right to refuse unsafe work and the process workers must follow when invoking their right to refuse work they believe is unsafe.<\/p>\n
Presented by WorkSafeBC, this workshop will include case scenarios and a question-and-answer period.<\/p>\n
